Payment Terms for Custom Orders
To begin production on a customised item, we require:
- 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
- 50% payment after the product is ready and before final delivery.
This helps us source materials, plan our artisan work, and ensure your request receives priority treatment.
Custom Order Returns & Exchanges
Due to the highly personalised nature of custom orders:
- All custom orders are final sale.
- No returns or exchanges can be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
We take great care in documenting your customisation preferences, and will share progress updates or design confirmations where needed.
